Shipping

If your order is placed before 3pm – we’ll deliver your order the next day. Deliveries take place from 8.30am – 6pm. Monday – Saturday. Please let us know a day/time in your ‘order notes’ if you have any preferences.

Order received after 3pm will be delivered within 2 days.

You can tell us about any special times or deliver requirements in the ‘Order Notes’ at checkout. We’ll do our best to honour these.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout when you enter your address and postcode. We calculate a distance and your shipping cost is based on this. Prices range from £5 for local deliveries to £42 for further locations in Northern Ireland.

Payments

We accept all types of credit and debit cards on line. Your payment is processed instantly. A full receipt and order confirmation will be visible after checkout. And we’ll also email this to you.

Cancellations & Refunds

If your order hasn’t been processed – a refund is no problem. If your order has been shipped or is “out for delivery” – please get in touch and we’ll do our best to rectify any problems and provide a refund where possible.
