Storage Information
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened use within 24 hours or date indicated.
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 3 months.
Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before use. Once defrosted, use within 24 hours.
DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.
Cooking Information (from Chilled)
BBQ
To ensure product is fully cooked, cook on the barbeque, turning frequently until the product is piping hot throughout.
To be sure, check before serving that the juices run clear when the product is pierced, and that no pink colour remains.
Grill
Cook time: 12 min. – 14 min. Pre-heat grill to a high heat.
Remove from packaging.
Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan.
Grill for 12-14 minutes.
Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.
Pan Fry
Cook time: 10 min. – 12 min. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium to high heat.
Remove from packaging.
Add required amount to the pan.
Fry over a medium to high heat for 10-12 minutes.
Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.
Oven
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 4.
Remove from all packaging.
Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
Cook for 20 Minutes (Fan) 22minutes (Gas).
Turn half way through cooking time.
Air Fry
1400W 4 Ltr Cook time: 16 min. – 18 min.
Set temperature to 180°C.
Remove required amount from packaging.
Place into air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 16- 18 minutes.
Turn half way through cooking time.
