These terms and conditions govern the collection and redemption of McKee’s Country Store & Restaurant Loyalty points associated with the McKee’s Country Store & Restaurant Loyalty card.

🛍️ McKee’s Loyalty Card – Easy Summary

What It Is:  McKee’s offers a Loyalty Card that lets you earn points when you shop in store or On-line. You can redeem these points in store (excludes Restaurant).

📋 Joining the Programme

• You can sign up in-store or online at McKee’s Loyalty Card page.
• You must be 18 or older and live in the UK.
• McKee’s can reject your application for any reason.
• The card belongs to McKee’s, even though it’s issued to you.

💳 Using Your Loyalty Card

• The card belongs to McKee’s, even though it’s issued to you.
• You must spend at least £1 in a single transaction for the transaction to qualify for points. Then 1 point will be awarded for every £1 spent.
• Points cannot be earned on the purchase of gift cards or gift vouchers.
• Points cannot be spent on items already on offer.
• You will not qualify for loyalty points, extra points offers, or discounts when you pay with points.
• Points are just for you—they can’t be shared or transferred.
• The current redemption value of points is one-point equals 1 penny. We reserve the right to vary the redemption value at any time.
• The card isn’t a credit or debit card.
• It’s for personal use only—not for business or commercial purchases.

⚠️ Inactive accounts

• If your account is inactive (no points earned or used) for 24 months, it may be closed, and points lost.

🔄 Changes & Cancellation

• McKee’s can:
  • Stop giving out new cards.
  • Change the rules by posting updates on their website.
  • Cancel your card or points with reasonable notice.
  • Cancel points awarded if goods are returned for any reason and a refund of the purchase price is given.
  • If the goods are exchanged for other products, the points awarded can be adjusted depending on whether the exchange is off a higher or lower value.
