Tray of frozen sweet potato fries
Suitable for oven cooking or deep frying
Ingredients: Sweet Potato (88%), Sunflower Oil (7%), Rice Flour, Salt, Potato Dextrin, Raising Agent: (disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Stabiliser: (Xanthan Gum), Dextrose, Spice Extract, (paprika, Turmeric, Sunflower Seed Oil).
Deep fry for 2 minutes 30 seconds or oven bake for 12-15 minutes at 200C, turning halfway through.
