McKee’s Country Store FAQ’s
Our Country Store is open Monday – Saturday 08:30-17:30. Closed Sundays.
We are open the majority of bank holidays. We are closed Easter Monday & 12th July.

Registered service dogs, such as guide dogs and hearing assistance dogs, are always welcome.
We ask you to leave your furry friends at home, as we are unable to allow them into the store. Unless, of course, they are registered service dogs, such as guide dogs and hearing assistance dogs, or registered emotional support dogs, who are all always welcome.
If you’ve lost an item in-store, all lost property is logged at the Customer Service Desk, so please check there. To claim an item of lost property, you’ll need to show a form of photographic ID.
If you think you’ve lost a bank card in one of our stores, please check with the Customer Service Desk as soon as you can, as we only keep the cards until the end of the next day. After this, we destroy them for security reasons.

Once you have added the items you’d like to your basket, you can checkout to complete your order. This can be done as a guest or you can sign up as a customer. If you have any issues please contact the office on 028 9182 1304.

Yes, restaurant can supply highchairs; just ask a staff member when you arrive.

You can! You’ll see the Apple Pay and Android Pay signs in our restaurants to let you know we accept this type of payment.
To use Apple Pay, just tap your compatible Apple device on the contactless terminal and use TouchID (the fingerprint sensor) to authenticate the transaction.
For Android Pay, simply unlock your device and tap it on the contactless terminal and you’re good to go.

Absolutely! We use Paymentsense to process our online transactions using their 100% secure encrypted payment screens. For security, McKee’s website does not store any card details, so you will be asked to enter your them each time you place an order.
Placing an order with McKee’s Online couldn’t be easier – you just need to follow these simple steps! If you have an account with us, make sure you are logged in before placing your order.
1. Click ‘Shop’ to browse each of our categories or type the name of the product you would like to purchase in our Search Bar.
2. Add each item to your basket by clicking on the product and selecting ‘Add to Basket.’
3. Once you have finished shopping, click on your shopping basket in the top right-hand corner of the web page and then select ‘Checkout now.’
4. Here you will need to enter your personal details including your email address, name, shipping and billing details. If you have logged into your account, your delivery address will already be filled in.
5. If you have a McKee’s Loyalty Card you can enter this in the ‘Loyalty Card Box.’
6. Once all of your personal details have been entered, click ‘Proceed with Checkout.’
7. You will now be given the chance to carefully review all of your order details, select ‘Proceed with Checkout.’
8. Confirm and pay. We accept all major debit and credit card types including Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, and Maestro.
9. Et voila! Your order is now complete and will be dispatched in 1-3 working days. We recommend making a note of your order number which will be shown on the screen and a confirmation will also be emailed to you. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder.
